Workshop registration and Paper Submission

Registration

Workshop registration fee includes all workshop materials, coffee breaks, full day tour and haft day boat tour. Accommodation price includes 4 nights in double-bed rooms and 3 meals per day. Since we have not finished our arrangement with the hotel, we can not state the final price yet. This will be done as soon as possible.

• Workshop registration fee: 100 EUR
• Meals and Accomodation: 100 - 150 EUR (Final price will be announced shortly)

All the details on the payment will be provided when registration will open.

Abstract and Paper Submission

The abstracts and later final papers should be submitted trough ConfTool system located here: ConfTool
We kindly ask you, to register in the ConfTool as soon as possible (before submitting any papers), so we can estimate the number of participants.

Formatting guidelines

Abstract (deadline 15.6.2008):
Not more than one A4 page without page numeration in pdf format. It must contain full title, all authors, full affiliation, postal and e-mail address of the corresponding author. The use of figures and equations is deprecated and should be avoided unless really necessary. Abstracts must be prepared according to the following template:

Full paper (deadline 1.9.2008):
Not more than 6 A4 pages in pdf format. It must contain full title, all authors, full affiliation and e-mail address of the corresponding author. For formatting guidelines please follow the templates below.
