Very positive assessment of the Centre of Excellence for Low-Carbon Technologies

On July 11-12, 2011, Prof. Joseph M. Pacyna, the director of the Norwegian Institute for Air Research, visited the Centre of Excellence for Low-Carbon Technologies (CO NOT) with the purpose to evaluate its current work. During the visit, the CO NOT partners presented research and development projects within the hydrogen and lithium-pillar and also some practical work. In CO NOT the Department of Systems and Control is leading research within the hydrogen technology pillar.

The evaluator, being very experienced with evaluations of the centres of excellence and other EU larger projects, stressed his satisfaction with the CO NOT current work. His opinion was that CO NOT was one of the best centres of knowledge that he had the opportunity to meet in his career.
