Excellent mark given to our Department by international STAVE evaluators

"The Department of Systems and Control, Jožef Stefan Institute, is an excellent entity of applied research on control systems covering nonlinear dynamics, fault detection systems up to the implementation of control systems for industry. The institute has been rated as excellent by the STAVE evaluators."

This mark has been given to our Department in a recent evaluation performed within the STAVE (Space Transportation Assets Valorisation in Europe) FP7 project. STAVE project aims at identifying, evaluating and valorising the skills (research laboratories, universities, research institutes, SMEs, industry) of the 12 New Member States of the European Union, in the domain of Space Transportation. The evaluation of existing skills and competencies was performed by independent governmental experts from eminent European space institutions, i.e. CNES - French National Space Study Center, ASI - Italian Space Agency and DLR - German Aerospace Center.
